Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

Introduction: At NutriSha Wellness Limited, we want your experience with us to be as simple and reassuring as your daily wellness routine. This Shipping, Return & Refund Policy explains how we process, ship, replace, and refund orders purchased through our website.
Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ā¹599. A shipping charge of ā¹50 applies to prepaid orders below ā¹599. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders up to ā¹599, a ā¹25 COD handling fee plus ā¹50 shipping charges will apply. For COD orders above ā¹599, only a ā¹50 COD handling fee will be charged, with no additional shipping charges.
Order Processing & Dispatch: All orders are processed within 1ā2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5ā7 business days. Deliveries to remote or interior locations may take 7ā10 business days depending on courier availability and serviceability.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your shipment tracking number and courier details. You can use the tracking information to monitor your order until delivery.
Serviceability: We currently deliver across India to all serviceable PIN codes. If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you promptly and process a full refund for any prepaid amount.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries: Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, or courier-related issues beyond our control. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or customer unavailability, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery. If the package is returned to us after multiple failed attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund after deducting applicable shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order or before they are dispatched, whichever occurs first. Approved cancellations made before shipment will receive a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, except where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Replacement Policy: Due to hygiene and food safety standards, NutriSha Psyllium Husk Capsules are sealed consumable products and cannot be returned because of a change of mind. However, replacements or refunds are available if the product is received damaged during transit, the wrong product is delivered, an item is missing, the product is defective or unfit for consumption, or if the product has less than 20% of its shelf life remaining at the time of delivery. Requests for replacement or refund must be made within 5 days of delivery, while damaged or incorrect product claims should be reported within 72 hours along with clear photographs or videos.
Non-Eligible Returns: Products that have been opened, used, consumed, or damaged due to improper storage after delivery (including exposure to heat, moisture, or direct sunlight contrary to label instructions) are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund. Products cannot be returned solely because of a change of mind.
Refund Policy: All refund requests are subject to internal quality verification. Customers must provide the necessary proof, including photographs or videos, to support their claim. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3ā5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer after collecting the required payment details securely. Approved replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost.
Policy Updates: NutriSha Wellness Limited reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions will be published on this page along with the updated effective date.
Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, NutriSha Wellness Limited is committed to resolving customer concerns promptly and fairly. We acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days of receipt.
