What makes NutriSha different from other psyllium brands?
Three things: we publish our purity (98%), our Swelling Index (≥40 per IP 2018), and we use HPMC plant capsules instead of gelatine. No other Indian psyllium brand does all three. We also have only 2 ingredients — no fillers or binders.
What is Swelling Index and why does it matter?
Swelling Index measures how much water psyllium absorbs — the key mechanism behind its health benefits. Indian Pharmacopoeia 2018 requires minimum SI of 40 for medicinal-grade ispaghula husk. We test and publish this every batch. Most brands never test it.
What is HPMC and why not gelatine?
HPMC is derived from plant cellulose — completely vegan, vegetarian, Halal and Kosher. Gelatine comes from animal bones. Many brands use gelatine without disclosing it prominently. NutriSha will always use HPMC, confirmed by FTIR spectroscopy every batch.
How do I take NutriSha capsules?
Adults 18+: Take 2 capsules with minimum 250ml water, 30 minutes before meals, twice daily. Maximum 4 capsules per day. New to fibre supplements? Start with 1 capsule twice daily for 3 days then increase. Always drink at least 2 litres of water daily. Do not take at bedtime.
Can I get a Certificate of Analysis for my batch?
Yes. Every batch is tested at a NABL-accredited laboratory. Email hello@nutrisha.in with your order number and batch number from the bottle base. We will send your Certificate of Analysis within 48 hours.
What is your return policy?
7-day return window for damaged or defective products. Unopened bottles in original packaging may be returned within 7 days. For food safety reasons opened bottles cannot be returned unless defective. Email hello@nutrisha.in with your order number and a photo.
