Introduction: At NutriSha Wellness Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange: Products are eligible for return or exchange only if they are damaged during transit, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label for verification.
Non-Returnable Products: Due to hygiene, safety, and quality standards applicable to health supplements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, consumed, or damaged after delivery. Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers are also non-returnable unless they are damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Exchange Process: Once your request is approved, our customer support team will provide instructions for returning the product. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will dispatch a replacement product, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error, such as delivering a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, NutriSha Wellness Limited will arrange or reimburse the return shipping costs. For any other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Rejected Returns: Returned products that do not meet the eligibility criteria, including used products, items returned without original packaging, or requests submitted after the specified time period, may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Policy Updates: NutriSha Wellness Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Exchange & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page along with the revised effective date.
