Introduction: At NutriSha Wellness Limited, we understand that you may need to cancel an order. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully to understand when and how an order can be cancelled.
Order Cancellation: Customers may request to cancel their order only before it has been processed or dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel an Order: To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number. Our team will verify the order status and assist you accordingly.
Cancellation Approval: Cancellation requests are subject to order status. If the order has not yet been packed or handed over to the courier partner, the cancellation request will be approved. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Refund for Cancelled Orders: If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases at our discretion.
Orders Already Shipped: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please refer to our Refund Policy and Exchange & Return Policy for assistance.
Policy Updates: NutriSha Wellness Limited reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
